YMCA-Part 2 (no longer singing)

I tried kickboxing...ouch. There was kicking...and punching...and running...and squats...and kicking...and punching...and... Every muscle in my body is sore, but I LOVED the class and can't wait to go back next Friday.

I remember the first time I went to kick boxing and was so sore afterwards I could barely sit without falling "ker-plunk" in the chair. But boy-o-boy does it feel so much better after a few times.
