Here's the new project we've gotten ourselves into. We are SO excited! We closed on Monday, but won't be able to move in until September, when Mike has time off to fly to MI and drive all our stuff down. It's another fixer upper, but not nearly what the MI house was.
The master bathroom is HUGE and also PINK. But fortunately, easily changed.

The kitchen is enormous. An island could be added with plenty of room left. The cabinets are GREAT. New counters, floor, and appliances will do it well.
The girls' bathroom-also the main bathroom of the house. Fortunately, the oh-so-pretty walls are paint and not wallpaper like we first thought.
Can't you just picutre Michaela swimming in this tub?!

Wow, that IS a lot of pink. Looks like a GREAT house for you guys. Congrats! What's going on with your other house? Did you finally get to sell it?

I am so happy for you! That stinks that you cannot move in till September..just what you want to do is move when you are 8 months pregnant! It looks great now but it will look amazing when the Browns get done with it!!!!!! I love ya honey!

Natalie- we rented out our other house. The year contract is up in September, but we're hoping the same renters will resign. They have 4 kids, so I doubt they'll want to move out any time soon. It would have been nice to have a more decent down payment though, which we of course didn't have since we didn't sell the other house.
This will definitely be a fun project -- but you MUST do me a favor -- that PINK carpet HAS to stay :-)
